We’re here to answer your questions about boarding and help you get started with service! We often get questions about how to sign up for boarding service. Please review the information below for onboarding details.
Our onboarding is divided into three steps:
1. Initial communication: This includes your initial message, any follow up emails and a phone call from Katherine.
2. Time to Pet Onboarding: You will be emailed a link to complete your Time to Pet onboarding. Time to Pet is a tool used for client and pet information storage and tracking, service scheduling, communication and billing.
3. Meet and Greet: An in-person, outdoor Meet and Greet takes place at Katherine's home, which allows guest dogs to meet Katherine's dogs, allows time for any additional questions, and gives guest dogs a chance to become acclimated to their vacation home.
Once these steps are successfully completed the initial boarding dates will be reserved.
