COVID 19 Policy
Our commitment to your safety and the safety of your pets extends to our COVID-19 Policy. Below is a summary of some of the protocols Katherine’s K9s has in place. Our complete COVID-19 procedures can be found in our client contract on Time to Pet.
Dog Walks: We ask that all equipment, towels, water, and other supplies be placed just inside of entry door. Our walkers wear masks anytime they are in your home, and we ask our clients to do so if they are within visual contact of walkers during the service. Katherine’s K9s walkers will maximize the walk time outside, returning in time to complete end of service tasks, such as drying paws and removing gear. Hand washing and sanitizing occur between every service. Hand sanitizer, social distancing, and daily wellness checks are also a part of our COVID-19 routine.
Pet Visits (including vacation care): At this time pet visits will only be completed when owners and family members are not home. Pet sitters wear masks anytime they are in your home. Hand washing and sanitizing occur between every service. Hand sanitizer, social distancing and daily wellness checks are also a part of our COVID-19 wellness routine.
Meet and Greets: Katherine’s K9s is currently offering virtual and in-person meet and greets to meet the needs of all of our clients. While some circumstances require in-person meetings, we have found that most clients benefit from a virtual meet and greet. Social distancing, masks (for staff and clients) and hand sanitizing are all part of the COVID-19 Meet and Greet procedures.
