Payment and Cancellations 

Katherine’s K9s makes payment simple and easy!  Payment is due monthly for our regular clients and within 48-hours of the close of service for vacation care and occasional services. All of our clients pay through Time to Pet, and autopay is available for your convenience!

Payment Policy 

All Katherine’s K9s clients must have a card on file in Time to Pet prior to the start of service.  Clients who use service on a regular basis are billed monthly on the 25th of each month.  Clients can pay manually, or have invoices drafted each month through Time to Pet.  For clients who use occasional or vacation services, invoices are due 48 hours after the completion of service.  In all cases, overdue payments are drafted using the card on file in Time to Pet.

Cancellation Policy   

For regular walks and visits, Katherine’s K9s requests 48 hours notice for cancellations.  Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours are charged at 50% and those inside of 24 hours are charged full price.  For vacation visits and boarding, further notice is requested.  Please consult the Client Portal Policy in Time to Pet for more details about holiday, summer and regular season vacation cancellations.
